HAppy Birthday STEVIE AND WELCOME TO THE BEST  2 YEARS OF YOUR LIFE super soon! wednesday you will touch south american ground and officailly we will have 2 misisonaries in the paul jarman family!!! Man.  Everybody is just growin up too fast.  Today I met a misisonary that had just barely gotten here and she is sooo cute!  I forgot how little spanish I knew when I got here, and how cutely naively lost I was.  Wow, a lot has happened these past months.  Enjoy the ccm, because then real mision life hits . . . and its just so much crazier!

Has everyone read the ensign article [the trinity[.  Stevie, take it on your mission.  This is such a great talk for misionaries.  I am telling everyone I know about it.  IT is in the jan ensign.

Also I love howard hunter because he loved jerusalem.  Everytime they talk about jeru,  my comp looks at me and I smile.  I just love jerusalem!

Other thing.  I read the talk of grandpa liljenquist about being a good member misionary, and I decided that if I was going to be a good member misisonary, I had to start now with the giving out tons of little cards (because I really havent used then a whole ton of the misison, there are a lot of other things we do, but cards not as much) and I decided to just open my mouth and give cards to everywhere we go, in the super grocery store, in the street we stop people.  And it is so fun!!! So we challenged some of the other sisters to do it with us, and we are just having fun, talking to people that we might have not talked to before.

Also katie the last change of her misison started studying the atrivutes of christ.  So I decided to do that to, but for my last 3 changes.  And I really have been learning sooo much studying these atributes these last like 6 or 7 weeks.  Christ is sooo good.  I really have been interested in the link between the atonement and the law of consecration or sea, how we can be concecrated when we learn to use the atonement better in our lives.  If amyone has a good talk or thought about that . . .I would love to hear it.

Basically I just really love our family.  I come from a family of really good misionaries.  I hope to be one of them one day.

But I just love ya guys!! HAve a great week!  And read [the trinity by holland[

I don't know how it works in your mission, but in mine, we weren't really in charge of enforcing rules and correcting people. So I always thought it helped to explain that and to just talk to them. Sometimes working is what they need, but sometimes it isn't. If someone is having a break down, then sometimes the best thing isn't to make them go work. I think people not taking care of themselves was a big problem in my mission. The sister is your responsibility and let her know that. Also just be your best self. I think it also helps to give them ideas, but not tell them what to do. Also when it's your turn to pray, always pray for them so they can hear. Mostly be their friend and let them talk. Also be obedient, because they will follow your example in everything. If they see you do it, they will do it too. That's all I can think of now, but I'm sure you're doing great!
